The fastest way is a phone call. We answer Monday through Friday and can often give you a ballpark number on the spot if you know your crew size or event attendance. For written quotes, use our request form and include your project start and end dates, the number of people on site, and which services you need. If you're not sure, say that. We've quoted construction sites, events, farm operations and emergency situations across Meads. Standard portable toilet rental runs between day rates and monthly contracts. Roll-off dumpster rental depends on the yard size and haul-away weight. Septic pumping is priced per visit. What information we need
Your location matters because delivery takes time and road access varies. Give us the street address or job site name. Tell us how many workers or guests you'll have; that drives the toilet count under OSHA 1926.51(c), which requires one facility for 20 workers or fewer. If it's an event, estimate peak attendance. For septic pumping, mention your tank size if you know it. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, but we can advise on schedule. If you need handwashing stations, note whether you're applying paints, coatings or other substances that trigger 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) washing requirements. For storage container rental, tell us square footage and whether you need 20-foot or 40-foot units. Rental length changes price. A week costs more than a day; a month costs more than a week. We send written quotes same-day or next-business-day. Email is fastest if you've used the form. If you call Meads Porta Pros directly, we'll often quote over the phone and email confirmation with payment terms. Quotes are good for 14 days. If your project dates slip, let us know and we'll adjust. Rush jobs in Meads may have a premium, and off-hours emergency septic service carries a surcharge, but we can handle them. Nearby towns like Lyndon (1.9 miles southwest) and Anchorage (3.0 miles east) are in our service area, so don't assume distance will kill a quote.
What's included in a standard portable toilet quote?
Delivery, pickup, and one service visit per week. A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. If you need ADA accessible units, each accessible toilet costs more but must be offered: ADA Standards section 213.2 requires at least 5 percent of a cluster, never fewer than one. We'll note that in the quote.
Do I pay for delivery separately?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are line items. They vary by distance within Meads and by unit count. Longer rentals usually have lower weekly rates than daily, so a month-long porta-john rental is cheaper per day than a one-day emergency rental.
Can you quote a mix of services?
Absolutely. Many customers need standard porta-potty rental plus dumpster rental plus fencing. We price each service and add them up. Some projects need deluxe flushable units instead of standard, or a restroom trailer for higher-end events.
What if I don't know my exact dates yet?
Rough dates are fine. We quote based on your best estimate and adjust billing if the rental is shorter or longer. If you think you'll need grease trap pumping or a holding tank alongside portable toilets, mention it and we'll include both.
Are there any hidden fees in a quote?
No. The quote lists rental rate, delivery, pickup, service visits and any add-ons like extra pumping or portable sink rental. Tax is added at checkout. Emergency service, weekend rates and fuel surcharges are noted upfront. Ask us to explain any line item before you sign.
