Who We Are
Meads Porta Pros started as a single-truck operation serving local construction sites. We've grown to handle jobs across Meads and into nearby towns like Lyndon, Meadow Vale and Anchorage. Our team keeps rentals stocked, serviced and ready to move. A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We clean them on a regular cycle and swap units when they're full. You rent by the day, week, month or event. We deliver and pick up.
Job sites in Meads run on schedule. A blocked toilet or a missed service window costs time and money. That's why we answer calls fast and keep extra units in inventory. Whether you're framing a house addition, running a demolition, or hosting a festival, we show up on time and keep the units serviced. Our drivers know the roads around Meads and can navigate tight sites with roll-off dumpsters that need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck.
What We Rent
Meads Porta Pros stocks six main categories of equipment. Standard portable toilets are the workhorse on construction sites; OSHA 1926.51(c) sets the count you need based on crew size. Deluxe flushable models cost more but use running water and feel closer to a real bathroom. ADA accessible portable toilets meet ADA Standards section 213.2 and require at least 5 percent of clustered units to be accessible, never fewer than one.
Restroom trailers are multi-stall units wired for power, heated and air conditioned; they work for festivals, film sets and large events. Roll-off dumpsters come in multiple sizes for demolition, renovation and cleanup; we haul away construction debris, yard waste and general rubbish. Storage containers protect tools and materials on site or off. Temporary fencing secures perimeters and keeps crowds out. Handwashing stations supply potable water and comply with 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), which requires soap and hand drying; hand sanitizer alone does not meet code.

How We Work
Call Meads Porta Pros with your rental dates, site address and crew size. We'll quote you same-day or next-day. If you need an OSHA compliance checklist, we'll walk you through it. Delivery usually happens within 48 hours. You get our phone number for service calls. If a unit fills up or clogs, call us and we'll swap it or pump it. For septic pumping at residential properties, we pump when solids and fats reach 25 percent of the tank depth, which typically means every 3 to 5 years depending on household size.
On the last day of your rental, we pick up. There's no surprise bill. We charge by duration, day, weekend, week or month, and include service in the rental price. Want to see what porta potty rental costs or check out restroom trailer pricing? Call for a real quote tied to your dates and site.
How many units do I need?
Count your crew or expected guest count and match it to OSHA 1926.51(c) for construction or to your event's peak occupancy. We help with the math.
Do you service on weekends?
Yes. We can schedule service seven days a week, though weekend rates apply to short-term rentals booked on Saturday or Sunday.
Can I place a dumpster in the street?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the City of Meads. Call us and we'll help you figure out the permitting.
What if I need emergency service?
Call us. We keep spare units for emergency situations and can usually get one to a site in Meads the same day.
How do I know if my septic tank needs pumping?
Signs include slow drains, backed-up toilets, soggy yard patches, and odor near the tank. A pumping truck can inspect the tank and advise you.
